GSEP needed materials to support their three-year, $9 million capital campaign. Collateral needed to be comprehensive for donors who may be unfamiliar with GSEP and easily tailored for existing donors and special needs. Multiple pieces were developed including a brief bio of the CEO, a brief history of Girl Scouts and background of the Eastern Pennsylvania council, camp-specific brochures focused on outdoor initiatives for the campaign, bifold brochures focusing on the initiative for each major goal of the campaign, an investment opportunity brochure, a CEO Report booklet, and a case statement.
The pieces were developed to be included in a 9×12 folder and designed in a stair-step fashion to ensure topics could be easily searched and selected as desired by the recipient. Using the folder also allowed the development team to customize the folder contents by including additional documents tailored to the interests of potential donors.
